How Hourly Works

Hourly allows you to create unlimited projects. Simply tap the project selector when starting a new session to choose which project you're working on. You can easily switch between projects throughout your day.

Yes! You can edit any session by tapping on it in your history. Adjust the start/end times, change the project, update notes, or delete sessions as needed. This helps ensure your time records are always accurate.

Navigate to the History tab and tap the export button. You can generate PDF reports for specific date ranges and projects. Reports include detailed session breakdowns, total hours, and earnings calculations if you've set hourly rates.

Yes! When you sign in with your account, all your time tracking data is automatically synced across your iOS devices through our secure cloud service. Your projects, sessions, and settings stay up-to-date everywhere.

Session notes help you remember what you worked on during each time period. They're especially useful when generating reports for clients or reviewing your productivity. You can add or edit notes at any time.
